DESCRIPTION
The cabin is nestled in a field of clover, surrounded by gorgeous foliage and an array of wildlife just 100 feet from the river. It is a sprawling one and three quarter acres of pristine river frontage, at the East Coast's premiere fishing destination. ESPN hosts it's east coast fishing tournaments in the surrounding area. The cabin's river frontage is a coveted spot amongst guides and discerning fly fishermen alike. Many twenty plus inch brown trout are taken here daily.

About the cabin: It was built in 2004/05. Stylistically, it is reminiscent of a rocky mountain mission. It's twenty foot reverse gable dormer is architecturally unique. It features a six foot window with a king size bed overlooking the river, let the sound of the river sing you to sleep. Little bear's cabin is only 20 minutes from Whiteface Mountain and 25 minutes from Lake Placid. All the amenities of the the area are available for your use - tennis court, hiking trails, pond, etc. There are also two fire pits with hoses, one by the house and the other down by the river.
